You keep ownership of your video. By submitting it, you confirm you have the necessary rights and give KindLaugh a non-exclusive permission to store, review, display, and promote the clip on KindLaugh. You may request removal.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal, harmful, deceptive, invasive, copyrighted, or adult content. We may reject or remove content at our discretion to protect viewers and the service.

Service and earnings

Submission does not guarantee publication, payment, views, or availability. Any future creator earning program will have separate written terms.
